Kaye says Zach may need to remind Kendall
to go to her happy place.

Though Kendall's neurotic antennae start twitching anytime Zach merely mentions another woman's name, the casino owner's portrayer thinks his on-screen wife just needs to calm down. "I think she'll always fly off the handle.  That's who she is," says Thorsten Kaye, whose portrayal of Zach garnered him an Emmy nomination earlier this year.  "I don't think a baby is going to change that.  Hopefully," he chuckles, "she'll have a little more patience with the little one than she does with the grown-ups."

As for Zach helping Dixie with her search for Kate, "What's the big deal about that?  If you're helping somone, it has to be a man or a woman," he points out.  "And if it's a woman, it doesn't mean you're sleeping with her." 
The actor adds that he enjoys seeing the Slaters deal with real relationship snags -- like jealousy -- and come out stronger.  "You've got to find some human truth in it, or else it's not worth watching."
