strongly in "giving back," and he has voluntarily contributed
his
talents, time, and energy to support a wide variety charitable,
cultural, and educational causes around the country.
A partial list of charities that Thorsten has given back to includes the 2011 North American International Auto Show Charity Preview, Soap Nation iParticipate, the National Prostate Cancer Coalition, First Book, Give Kids The World, Leukemia Society of America, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the September 11th Fund, Daytime Unites, Special Wishes, Inc., the March Against Drugs, the Rainbow Foundation, POZ Love Out Loud, autism charities, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the American Diabetes Assocation, the Second Stage Theater, and the WB Yeats Society of NY; there are many, many more.

The most recent (2011) recipient of his sales proceeds is the organization The UMMS Foundation's Isper and Manos Fund for Pediatric Oncology.
