The holiday season may be upon us, but don't expect PORT CHARLES' Ian or Lucy to sing about it being the most wonderful time of the year. After all, this will mark his first Christmas since Eve's death, while Lucy's hubby has been institutionalized. How long can these two lonely souls resist the pull of their unique relationship?
"They were friends first because she sees the best parts of him and he obviously sees the best parts of her," explains Thorsten Kaye (Ian). "I think Ian falls in love with Lucy not just because Eve's gone, but because he feels that he can make her life better, [perhaps] fill some gaps for her."
On the other hand, Ian prides himself on being an honorable man. So, would he really go so far as to steal yet another wife from Kevin? "I don't think any man can steal a woman from another man," Kaye suggests. "You lose a woman because you're not paying attention to her."
Sounds like Kevin had better get well soon!
