They say that if you love someone, you should set them free, and if your romance was meant to be, they will return to you. 

Sound advice, right?  

Trouble is, the couples featured in this special section don’t seem to believe it. So time and again, they give each other their walking papers, then sit back and wait awhile before running right back into one another’s arms. 

It’s a crazy notion, we know. But it’s also a whole lot of fun - to watch, anyway.
